Dr. Darling Miramey has served as an elected community leader on the District 3 Education Council, a member of the Citywide Council on English Language Learners, and a Mayoral Appointee to the New York City Board of Education. He chaired the Council’s Communication and Community Empowerment Committee and led the redesign of its communication channels, including the official website inspired by his artworks.
